LKS Tasaciones is recognised as a valuation company by the Bank of Spain, which means that all of its valuations are valid for any financial institution when formalising a loan.

The calculation and formalisaton of a valuation are regulated by “Orden ECO/805/2003 de 27 de marzo del Ministerio de Economía sobre normas de valoración de bienes inmuebles y de determinados derechos para ciertas finalidades financieras” (Order of the Spanish Ministry of Finance on valuation norms relating to property and specific rights for particular financial purposes).

On the basis of the criteria stipulated under the ministerial order, LKS Tasaciones drafts valuations of all kinds of property: collective accommodation, houses, commercial premises, industrial warehouses, residential and office buildings, housing developments, industrial developments, etc., as well as valuations of more unusual buildings such as schools, hotels, agritourism sites and others.
