LKS Tasaciones is an approved Valuation and Appraisal Company and is listed at number 145 on the Bank of Spain’s register of valuation companies.
With this approval, the company is fully legitimised for the valuation and appraisal of assets for the mortgage market, cover for technical provisions and determination of the assets of collective property investment institutions.
In addition, thanks to the technical qualifications, experience and knowledge of its personnel, the company is able to conduct any other form of valuation or appraisal, be it of a legal nature or otherwise.
